I just got diagnosed with POTS. I had a baby a month ago and my symptoms really went wild after my csection. Looking back I had some symptoms end of pregnancy too. I am doing fluids/salt but still not improving. Any other recommendations? I am breastfeeding but am concerned about the high salt intake?
