  1. I can't believe I forgot my meds this morning! I forgot my b2 which helps prevent migraines, My atenolol which helps my heart race and palpitations, and my other vitamins. I never forget my meds! No wonder I am feeling foggy today. Just feel really strange without my meds. Very tired all day. I don't take my dinner meds which has atenolol and b2 until 8 pm!! Has anyone else done this? It bothers me that I completely forgot them and i have t hem in their weekly pill things.
  2. I have been doing so well without having palpitations. Then yesterday and today I noticed one or two big ones a day. Then last night when i woke up in the middle of the night to use the rest room afterwards i started getting chest pain. It was weird it was like really achy around my chest and my upper back. Worse when i breathed in. I also had a little heart burn and have been having worse heart burn today. Anyone else get weird chest pain like that? I am just wondering because since being on atenolol I have been doing well. No palpitations too except the past two days.
  3. That is true! I have been tired again today after overdoing it yesterday. Doesn't help its raining all day which makes me feel miserable as well. I also haven't been able to relax since 1 pm. I had to clean the fish take which took a couple hrs. Then I bought a expensive camera which is making me nervous i hope i like it. Then now my fish isn't doing so great so i am worried about him. Then tonight I have dishes, a load of laundry to fold and to fill my weekly pill container! I am glad tomorrow is friday!
  4. Very busy day. body feels like jello. Had work today then went to a christmas party and it was super crowded and hot. Over 400 people! I feel like I overdid it today. My body feels like jello and I have a headache. Does anyone else not feel well if you do a lot in one day?
  5. Long day today! Got up early went to work. went shopping to pass time before drs appointment. went to appointment didnt get home til 430. So tired! I can't seem to get the energy i need to exercise everyday! After work I am tired. When I don't work i am tired. How do you get energy to exercise? I tried walking to a video by leslie sansone yesterday but within 7 minutes i was tired! earlier this year i used to do 15 to 30 minute workouts!
  6. I have been feeling weird lately. It seems like i started feeling weird last tuesday after my migraine. Ever since then my brain fog has been so bad. Everyday I feel like a zombie. I wake up eat, work eat, netlix and sleep. everyday. I have been tired, no energy and irritable. For no reason! Been a little dizzy the past couple days too! My brain fog is bad at work too! Some times i think i am feeling better but it just comes right back. Doesn't help that they sprayed a whole bunch of febreeze at work. You get used to it after the first two hours but I am so sensitive to smells! The time i feel okay is first thing in the morning. Its like sometimes this week i don't have much energy to think. Its really getting frustrating! I can handle a day or two of it but not a week straight! Does anyone else get spells like this? I wish i knew what was causing it!
  7. Thats true. The symptoms do change from time to time. Its just yesterday it came on suddenly! I was fine looking at my phone then my hand went numb and my face went numb then i got the migraine. It was weird. I always feel weird before and after the migraine. I think the reason why i was so tired over the weekend was a sign that i was going to get one. I usually get anxious and agitated but this time i guess i got tired. The migraine lasted 5 hrs. Now that its over and I slept well last night I feel much better. Except feeling a little out of it which i usually do the next day. But no more extreme tiredness thank goodness . Oh and I found a great app for keeping track of migraines. it is migraine buddy
  8. I just felt real weird all of a sudden. I was holding my phone and my leflt hand and arm went numb i got hot and clammy. Then th left side of my temple and eye and nose went numb. Then i got all clammy and sweaty. Usually when I get migriqanes i get the visual stuff first likk blurry vision speech difficulty trouble typing or talking can't read, squiggly lines in vision. t hen the numbness, then the headache. Never a bad headache just light headache ewith a little nausea. I haven't had one since february 2015 the longest i have gone without migraine. This time its weird. i started with hand numbness, then my temple an nose and eye then it went away. for a little. Now i am getting roof of mouth numbnesss and my tongue just went numb. i am worried that i am going to ge worse symptoms since the migraine is not in its usual order. I hope i don't get the visual disturbances. my lips asre going num too. lI hope i don't get the visual stuff. I am worried why my migraine isn't happening the same way. can we get numbness and other symptoms of migraine without the pain?
  9. I am so tired! More tired than I usually am! I am getting the same amount of sleep. But it seems like since the time change as soon as it gets dark at 5pm now I get really tired. I get so tired and my brain fog gets terrible. I feel so out of it! I never feel this much fatigue! It started saturday. I was so tired last night I couldn't even finish packing for my grandmas. I was so tired I couldn't even think to pack. I had to wake up at 6 so i could finish packing before work. I am so tired tonight and this weekend its overwhelming. And I can't nap during the day or i can't sleep at night. Any tips on how to stay energized? I don't know what is causing this crazy fatigue! I don't know if its from the time change, or that I have been eating junk food lately this past week when usually I avoid it or a combination or what! How do you stay energized throughout the day or during the time change when it gets dark out early? Its only 630 and it feels like 830!
  10. Yep! That is how I feel! This weekend seems to be the worst of the time change for me. Its been a whole week but still not used to it! Like this weekend feels like the days have been very long and I am so tired! Tonight is rough as well! I have to pack and I barely have any energy to pack. My brain fog is terrible and it is so hard to push myself to pack! How do you get little bursts of energy to help you throughout the day? I don't have time to pack tomorrow. I am just so tired!
  11. Does anyone feel worse with this time change? It was okay in the beginning but now It is driving me crazy! I am more tired. Especially now it gets dark at 5pm as soon as it gets dark i get tire, I am more anxious. I just read an article that they say you are more tired during the spring time change but that is not true for me! I loved when it was light out until 9 pm! I don't have as much energy during fall and winter. My brain fog gets worse in winter and fall as well! Even though i hate the heat I miss summer! This week is perfect though. My favorite temps in the low to middle 70s and cooler at night but not too cold.

  13. Feelign weird this evening. Ate dinner. Then when I was done with dinner my right hand the fingers started tingling like they were going to go numb but didn't and that went away. Then my chest felt weird like really cold like i swallowed menthol and then I felt like i could not breath. My chest felt tight and i had a weird cold sensation and felt like i couldn't breath. My chest shouldn't feel cold cause i just had warm vegetable beef soup! Did my inhaler helped the breathing part but I still feel weird and my chest neck and chin feel coldish and kind of numbish. My nose felt a little numb as well. Now I am shaky. According to my fitbit my heart rate is only 77. Anyone else felt like this? I never had this sensation before! What I don't get is the menthol cold feeling. Its freaking me out.
  14. Exactly! I tend to feel best anywhere from 6 hours to 8 hours of sleep every night! not more than 8. Also when I sleep in I have trouble sleeping that night even though I am tired! Its so frustrating. Like sleeping in for just one hour makes me feel blah the rest of the day. Blurry vision all day, tired, and brain fog. Tomorrow I am planning on waking up on time!
  15. Does anyone else feel worse when they sleep in? I forgot to set my alarm last night. I usually wake up around 8:30 or earlier depending on what hours i work that day. Today I have off. I ended up sleeping until like 9:10 am! I usually get anywhere from 6 hrs to 8hrs of sleep but last night i got like 9 and a half hours of sleep. Instead of feeling more rested I feel more tired and worse! I woke up feeling achy and have been all day. Could be because I slept with the window open because my parents had the pellet stove on and it was like 75 degrees indoors. I am much more tired today and my brain fog is worse! I wish i could sleep in and feel rested instead of feeling more tired!
  16. I do! more lightheadedness, anxiety, heat flashes, and just plain feeling miserable! Some months barely any symptoms and others i feel awful!

  18. A storm came here suddenly just now as a cold front is passing through. We have a severe thunderstorm warning and I seem to feel more lightheaded and terrible brain fog when and before it storms. My anxiety gets higher as well. Does anyone else feel worse when it storms? How do you cope? I hate feeling so lightheaded that it is hard to function. Could it be the sudden barometric pressure change? My eyes get blurry and i can't see straight either. Its weird. I love storms and taking photos but I get anxious even though I love storms. I hate how they make me feel lightheaded.
  19. I got lyme in 2011. I had a 103 fever with a rash, achiness and a headache for 3 days. After we started antibiotics I got better. I was on antibiotics for 3 years. I still feel like I have some side effects from the lyme. Ever since lyme my knee aches when it rains the one that hurt when i had it. My brain fog worse, very tired everyday worse after lyme. And i never had migraines before lyme and now I do. Its a hard treatment because so many doctors have a different approach on treating. I hope you feel better soon!
  20. Thanks! I thought that was interesting! I never knew food could interact with beta blockers! I know when I took doxycycline when i had lyme disease that i had to wait a few hrs before and after to drink milk.
  21. I borrowed a book from the library called Foods that Harm and Foods that heal and they say oranges or orange juice has interactions with beta blockers atenolol and celiprolol. I looked it up online and web md says to wait several hours before consuming orange juice before and after you take the beta blockers or it might not work as well.   22. Little Blue Jay, That is exactly how i get too! I get overwhelmed in grocery stores when i have to look high on shelfs and I hate bending up and down. I can't pick up sea shells anymore without getting lightheaded! I mean I have never gotten this sensation before it was weird. And states of: I found it did go away quickly thankfully .
  23. Was this vertigo? I woke up this morning when out to decide what to have for breakfast. Then I got distracted looking in the mirror on the side of the fridge. Then I went to look at my grandma who was right there and i did not turn my head quick at all and I suddenly felt like i was falling and being swooped back up kind of swaying. I am not sure if the room span or not cause i closed my eyes as soon as the sensation started. It was really weird. It just happened once thank goodness. But i never felt like anything like it.
  24. Exactly! When i get up earlier than 8pm i feel foggy but after my shower i start feeling better. But today I woke up at 7:50 as hoping to get to church today since i have been busy the past 3 sundays and won't be able to go next sunday as i work. I felt good when i woke up. Took a shower got all ready for church. Then felt tired and didnt feel like going so i didnt. So all day today just very tired. Plus allergies are bothering me because parents are fixing the dryer downstairs which they are stirring up dust when taking apart the drier.
  25. I have noticed that when I sleep in my symptoms are worse. I usually wake up 8-8:30 am and fall asleep around 11 pm at night. If i sleep past 9 i feel like crap the next day. I forgot to set an alarm and my parents didnt wake me up until 9:20 am! The whole day felt weird. I just get so much more tired instead of rested when I sleep in. Its weird. When my grandma sleeps in she feels great the next day. I am the opposite. I feel weak, brain fog gets terrible. Am having trouble thinking and speaking. The day goes by too much quicker when i sleep in plus the sun goes down earlier now around 8 instead of 9. My anxiety is worse now tool I am just a mess. Like it almost feels like today didnt happen. Am I making sense? All this from just sleeping in! Also when i sleep in I have trouble sleeping at night. Does anyone else have this problem of feeling worse? Any tips?
