  1. Hi. A while back, you were asking about a Dr in the Seattle area. I believe that my daughter that attends the University of Washington suffers from POTS. Her cardiologist at UW medicine called her emotional and does not believe her, despite having the s/sx that many of you talk about.  I'm trying to help her from California. Did you ever find a Dr in Seattle that understands this disorder?  Thank you so much!

I do actually! They seem to be more prominent in my left side. Anf alaska charges roughly 8-10 times more for medical stuff there it's insane. There's onlu 1 ot 2 specialists in each field there so they charge insane amounts. The health care there is actually horrible.

And I'm from Alaska, I moved near seatac, so I'm kind of close to downtown to be able to see doctors over at UW. How was Armitano? Pretty sure he told me he didn't accept my insurance and wouldn't see me lol

I had my apt today actually! Dr So didn't know about my venous pooling, so he's speaking with a colleague I guess. I have autonomic testing on the 4th and a follow up with Dr So to go over the results on the 29, so I won't know till then

Sorry it took so long I actually just moved to WA to get better health care and arrived a few days ago, I'm hoping to see a group of better doctors for my numerous issues. Pleas keep me updated if you see these doctors, their wait times aren't horrible either, just their referrals are backed up.

There are two doctors in the Neuro dpt at UW, I'm seeing Dr So on the 18th so i'll let you know how I feel about the apt by then. But him and another doctor there are supposedly some of the only doctors who specialize in dysautonomia. There is another doctor near Seattle but he doesn't take medicaid, and his office were ******** to boot. If your levels are doubling then you have hyper POTS, I mean, that's how they disganosed mine. BUT I am going to UW for their comprehensive testing at their special center. I'll send you more info on it.

here is the other doctor besides Dr So
