Hello, I am new to DINET. I wanted to ask if anyone had cervical fusion because of Ehlers-Danlos to reduce or reverse POTS. I have read some blogs where the cervical fusion cures POTS. Of course, they still have to contend with the Ehlers-Danlos, but my EDS is mild compared to my POTS. I have gone to several doctors to go over my concerns, but they do not understand. I did apply at The Wisconsin Chiari Inst. and The Chiari Inst. of NY. I was denied surgery by both. I do not have any brain herniation, but have read about Chiari 0 and do have reduced CSF flow through the dorsal foramen magnum. I would love to receive responses from anyone who has the same issues or actually had the surgery. Kindest Regards, Elizabeth
