Hi all, I'm new here and trying to figure out if i should go to a specialist on Dysautonomia. I have gastroparesis, colonic inertia and POTS and have had breathing issues of late. I am on fludrocortisone but i would like to try the other drug MESTINON. Has anyone been to the see Dr. Nahm. If so can you tell me about your experience with him. Also i'd be interested if anyone has a recommendation for another dysautonomia specialist in Westchester ny or the nyc area. I have the version that is caused by autoimmunity and many autoimmune illnesses. I do have a regular neurologist but i have found that sometimes going to someone who is a specialist in the condition that you have can be very helpful. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.
