  1. might just have this POTS under control!

  2. The first time I tried the natural five hour energy drink.....I ended up in an ambulance headed to the emergency room. It was the visit that determined something wasn't right with me. I can't blame the drink for the sudden onset of my POTS but it was the only thing different in my life. My guess is I had POTS and the drink made it worse. Everyone is different but I won't try it again.
  3. I do Yoga for runners. It's a fifteen minute nike workout video. After 4 months I can finally make it through the whole video!! I tried taking classes at our gym but kept fainting...I had no idea at the time I had POTS! I think it helps but I have to move slow when changing positions and eliminate some that I just can't tolerate. I don't become out of breath anymore and no longer get tired from this short yoga workout. Tif
  4. I run in CW-X tights.......love them. I have been debating wearing the tights on days I'll be standing alot to see if they would help with my pots. I have winter weight and light weight tights.....both are great.
  5. I take adderall daily and ntice a huge difference in my POTS symptoms when I don't take it. It doesn't make me hyper or cause my heart to beat faster than it usually does but it does allow my brain to be clear. On days I don't take it, usually the weekends my POTS symptoms are much worse. Like any drug there are pros and cons and all medication should be monitored closely by your Dr. This medication is the only reason I still continue to work and excercise. Tiffiny
