    Thank you Yeah..going try proposnolol ..I think it dropped my BP too low and that feeling of lightheaded and dizzy caused anxiety and thus more adrenalin.. Thank you What dies propanolol are you on?

    I am on metropolol and it's been a few weeks. I feel like I am jumping out of my skin. It might be from the lowering of blood pressure and that feeling makes me feel weird..dint know Anyone else feel weird on beta blockers? Thank you

    I know Xanax is a benzodiazepine for anxiety which I have but does it help with symptoms?

    Thank you for the advice.. Going up to 25 mg and we will see. I just can't tell if what I am feeling is from the pots or a side effect of the BB. I know it's weird..

    Sometimes I get a fizzy spell where I have to stop bc I feel like I am going to fall down and then I feel like I am walking with a sway like a drunk .. Off balances . Anyone get thus ?

    Inotice that not all my dizziness is the same. Sometimes its like I have to stop and hold onto something.. Sometimes it makes me walk like a drunk , sometimes it's a whirl whind Anyone else?

    Thank you .. Weird thing though is I might try gong up to the 25 mg metoprolol before assessing .. I don't even know what tonyell cardiologist yet

    Thank you I was so excited that maybe it would help feel better but no.. Have you tried other beta blockers?

    Hi I get this too but I also get dizzy from walking outdoors but I think it's the motion of the treadmill that does it . My cardiologist says recumbent bike is the best for us. Feel good

    I know this sounds crazy but my cardiologist started me on 25 mg Metoprolol and I started by taking half of half (1/4 of it) then increased to 12 mg ( which is half ) but I dobt think I noticed anything different. Still dizzy still light headed .. Still good days and bad .. I do notice not as a huge jump in HR though .. Is that possible? Thank you

    My spelling might be off .. My cardio just switched me from inderal to metronol I know they are both beta blockers but he saud I won't feel the Vaso reflex with the metroponol What's the difference? Love to get your feedback Thank you

    Thank you ! I guess all of that., I am worried about the crowds, lighting, major walking and getting a " dizzy attack or tachycardia or that feeling of passing out " That causes my anxiety.. So now, if I go somewhere I usually park my car in front so I can go out and sit in the car if I need .

    Mucinex just thins the mucus .. Maybe it helps blood move more freely through my body .. Strange ? Advil also helps some of my symptoms but can't take it with beta blockers ..

    Very odd thing I have noticed .. Whenever I get sinus infection or now I have bronchitis, I take mucinex because that's all I can take , twice or sometimes three times a day yet Surprisingly pots symptoms of dizziness subside Any idea why ? Thank you
