    I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune disease, and I also have Chronic Orthostatic Intolerance. Soon after the diagnosis of Hashimoto's, I began having "episodes" - heart palpitations, pressure dropped, fell down, pressure spiked. Perhaps they are related. BGina
