There was some confusion earlier as to whether Melissa wanted her last name used on the forum. I have spoken to her about it and she has assured me that it is okay to use her last name.

I know Melissa has been a great help to many of you here on the forum. Let's take this opportunity to show our appreciation of all the good Melissa has done for everyone. It amazes me that she has given so much to others in the midst of her own struggles. She truly is an inspiration.

My apologies, as I know that I contributed to/created that confusion. I'm always concerned about doing right by Melissa as 'Sunfish correspondent'!

Perhaps she has changed her mind since the previous time around...

I was able to see Melissa this week -----------------it's was only for a few minutes, but I was just glad to wish her well.

Also spoke with her mom for a few minutes, and I can't imagine how it must be.
