Guest tearose
I was wondering how many of us, mostly woman, (sorry guys) have had or again have a colapse in the pelvic region?I had full pelvic reconstruction surgery in 2001 and unfortunately I am starting to prolapse AGAIN!!! It may be hard for some to discuss but I thought the shared information would help others who are suffering/dealing with the difficult problems and decisions around rectoceles and cyctoceles...I am in 2nd degree colapse so I am once again going to keep doing kegels several times a day. It seems silly, but sometimes I forget to do these.tearose

The uroligist said I can delay surgey "til I'm ready" for Enterocele, rectoceles and cyctoceles.it is a humilating condition - I feel your pain. Guest tearose
Are you doing kegels or are you using a pessary? (spelling may be wrong)How long can you sit in a car without having to stop? :( I'm good for about an hour than I start to do a jig!
pat57
as far as I know I can't do kegals, I've tryed and nothing moves inside. I think I could do 2 hours in the car, but I do like the astronants do so I can stop when I feel like it!I don't want a pessary, seems to me that it would atrract bacteria. My Uroligist wants a cardio clearance for the surgery- does yours?
