Do Your Symptoms Change In An Instant?

I notice that my symptoms can change without warning, in an instant. And then lingers a long time recovering Anyone else have that happen? I really don't understand why this is, as it happens without any triggers. Like today, I was doing somewhat okay, and then out of no where, bam, it hits me and suddenly I'm feeling like I'm going to throw up, chills, extreme weakness, pretty much felt like I was about to die. Now I'm feeling horrible and not sure what to do to help. I feel like my eyes are burning to, which I'm not use to having as often.

yes this happens to me alot too....i also have the burning eyes somtimes too i dont know why either ....somtimes myheart is too fast somtimes too slow ..somtimes its too fast one part of the day and too slow the next....i use to throw up when i first got pots, which was in may , so it hasnt been that long...i also use to run low frade temps up until about august now that doesnt happen...i always feel tightning in my throat like there somthing around it bp is somtimes normal somtimes low im all over the charts

My symptoms can change in an instant as well. Dysautonomia is very unpredictable.

I've had episodes that come on suddenly--even though I am "recovered" from POTS. My specialist says I can avoid these episodes by fluid and salt loading on a daily basis, which I admit that I do not do, or don't do aggressively, when I am feeling ok. In my case, that probably helps to eliminate sudden symptoms, but this might not be the answer for others.

Yes yesy yes -- was doing great for 6 weeks no BAM --- now when I go from cold to hot I feel like ****. First episode of pre-sync in many many months last week and I still feel weak and unstable on my feet days later.
