Jacquie802
Hi,So this morning I woke up and felt a lil disoriented..nothing out of the ordinary, since my BP isn't all that great in the am. Anyhow, I was standing up for a little while and started seeing a black dot. It wasn't the fuzzies that you get from low BP, but one fuzzy little black dot. It moved around for a little bit then after a few minutes it was gone...Fast forward a few hours and I have a headache. I've had this headache for a few days... But after seeing this "floating dot" it's gotten worse. Does anyone have this problem??? I've had headaches that felt worse than this one, but this headache has been persistant for the last few days...Thanks for any help/ideas!Jacquie
juliegee
Hi Jacqie-I'm sure your symptoms are nothing alarming. But, with a strange visual disturbance and a persistant headache, I'd check in with your PCP. Both can be indicative of an aneurysm. Please keep a close watch on your symptoms and let us know how you're doing.Julie Hi,So this morning I woke up and felt a lil disoriented..nothing out of the ordinary, since my BP isn't all that great in the am. corina
jacquiei have that too. i don't know where it comes from and my headaches aren't as severe as yours. if it worries you, you could call your doc, like mack's mom wrote. you enver know what's going on.good luck, corina
Tanzanite
Could be a migraine as you can get various visual disturbances with it but you might want to see an optician too as some fairly serious eye probs can cause a black dot(s). mom4cem
Maybe just floater(s). I get those many times, especially with weather changes that affect the sinuses. Puts pressure in there and I see black floating things. Not all round, some different shapes. I've had it checked by an eye dr. and said it was fine. BEE
I have had visual disturbances from the getgo The neuro I saw told me personally that they were caused by cervicogenical migraines(which I didn't believe) and in all reality after seeings ome autonomic specialists I have been told that for me that is true. I get the floaters quite a bit and notice them more in brighter light (daylight). I would check into it if oyu can but hopefully Jacquie they will go away for you (at least the headache) and they aren't anything too serious.Take care..Bee
