bttrflyamby1981
hey all!I have had my blood work done and these results I'm reading are a year apart.I'm not sure what it means or if it has anything to do with the "volume" so I thought I would post and see if anyone has a clue?in 2004 my red blood cell, hemoglobin, and hematorit were a little highin 2005 again they were about the same as 2004?both times me white blood cell count was fine?My doctors didn't mention any of this to me, so I figure it's no big deal. But I am curious. Thanks for any ideas,Amber
futurehope
My understanding is that the three tests you mentioned have nothing to do with blood volume. That is a separate test (which I've had).I wouldn't worry about your results unless you feel the numbers are way out of range.
bttrflyamby1981
I kinda thought that myself, but wasn't 100%. They are not out of control, just slightly more then the "limit". Thanks,Amber
AJVDK
I agree, unless the numbers are way out of range, or a doctor brings it up, there is little to worryabout. But it you have a question you should talk to your doctor. Also Blood volume test is a test if its own.
