Guest Belinda
Hi all..and thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Well I have been in contact for the last few days with my doc. he would like not to do anything and let this pass on it's own.He called it a blighted ovum. And I looked it up and that is what normally docs. like to do. In the mean time he is tellling me if anything starts happening, just to keep eye out so that i don't lose too much blood.I have been fearful something is goingt o happen while I am alone or alone with kids. So far just alot of pain. And the weird thing is is that most of my pain is in my lower back the whole pelvic area, it gets so bad I feel like I can't lay flat, cough, sit or move positions without searing pain. I don't get it. I think that there is something more than just miscarriage going on.If it gets bad enough I guess I will just go to ER, which I cannot stand doing..I am sure you all understand. The average person wouldv'e already went but I am fighting it..LOL.Hey does anyone ever feel like there is something stuck in their throat? I am feeling this cxonstantly and don't know how to get rid of it. I already swallow aloe vera juice daily for spasms and such this is just as umcomfortable as everything else going on.I am still scared if nothing happens by Tues I gfo back for 2nd ultrasound to check on things and then I am assuming he will do D+C then. Thanks for being undestanding and listening.Hugs(GENTLE ONES) to all. Belinda
mom4cem
Hi Belinda,If you need to go to the er, go. Make sure you let them know you are miscarrying. That should get you in quicker. We had patients who prefered to pass it on their own also. Sometimes we gave them medication along with it. It can just take a while. The lump in your throat could be from anxiety/stress. You've been going through a lot. Globus sensation is what I remember it being called. Or, it could be from reflux. LPR, which is reflux into the larynx and pharynx. I just recently found out I had that, thought it was from anxiety. Does your throat burn or hurt? Clearing your throat frequently? Does your throat feel swollen? Hoarse voice? Those are more likely to be from reflux. Hugs to you and I hope you get through this soon.
