ethansmom
I bought some Propel water today, I noticed it was made by Gatorade and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it as an electrolyte drink? Or is it not? I am very sensitive to sugar, so I was trying to find an electrolyte alternative to Gatorade- and the Propel water has only 2g of sugar per serving vs. Gatorade 14g. It says that it is a "Vitamin Enhanced Water Beverage". I was wondering if this would be a good choice for someone with POTS, or does it not make a difference . . . any thoughts would be appreciated! Goblin
I just started drinking propel a couple of days ago. It has significantly less salt than gatorade so you would miss out on that. It tastes good though;)
pamyla
I also tried Propel because I can't tolerate sugar either. It still tasted really sweet to me, but I could tolerate it It seems to be a good thing to drink when you really need a lift on a hot day though. JacobyD
I just tried Propel myself. I am very sensitive to sugar. It did taste very sweet, but I had no problem drinking the whole bottle. It's a little pricey for a bottle of flavored water, but if it has some of the positive effects of drinking Gatorade without the sugar, it seems well worth it to me...
