DSM3KIDZ Posted November 14, 2005 Report Share Posted November 14, 2005 Well I started topamax the other day. I cut 25 mg in 1/2 for the first week. I hope this helps determine if CVS is one of my problems or not. I haven't had much side effects yet, just extreme fatigue but who knows, anything can cause that. All he got was a little shaky and cold hands for about a week, then those were gone, as were 99% of his migraines. He did have to up it, but had no side effects at all when he did.
