Has florinef helped anyone with temperature regulation?

What has helped anyone with severe temp dysreg? I'm talking 24 hours. I go hypothermic if I sleep.  Has anyone had good responses to remeron or trazadone? I also tried benedryl to try to stop sweating . No drs no hope; I need support.  I can't sleep at all bc I can't stop sweating with heart palpitations.  I'm bedridden and I really need to know if and how florinef helps. Please anyone let me know me what has helped you, if you have had this symptom of continual sweating and hypothermia during sleep.

No sweating but trazodone does help me sleep, 100 mg
