Knellie Posted August 29, 2021 Report Share Posted August 29, 2021 Lately, I have been having this feeling like something is blocking my throat and it has been becoming more and more frequent. The only way I can describe it is like there is something big in my throat blocking the majority of my airway, like there is only a small space for the air to move through. Also, I have had a recent endoscopy, so I know there's nothing there, but its a real feeling. Have any of you experienced this before? I have taken an antihistamine to see if it will help, but I don't think this is an allergic reaction because this happens frequently and I can find any common allergen between these episodes. I was attending a dysautonomia support group led by specialists and they said that this happened to many and to just try to ignore it as my throat wasn't really closing up.
