Bobby
Hello all. I have POTs and was just wondering if anyone gets cloudy urine with dry red eyes. Seems to happen mostly after I eat. It's a very white sediment that collects at the bottom of the container when left sitting for about an hour. I'm a 30yr old Male. Have a hard time eating and have lost 40lbs. Thanks

I have seen people complain about cloudy urine elsewhere. Do you have any problems with ejaculation?
JimL
Yeah, I have that, usually in the morning RE pee. I swear this stuff is autoimmune related and I have to wonder why docs can't get their heads around it instead of being somewhere else. Muon
Someone on the poiscenter forum had the same issue. He had elevated hBD2 in his stool and suspects it could be present in his urine as well. https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=146.msg1344#msg1344 More: https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=3739.msg39898#msg39898 Defensins in the Urinary Tract and Other Tissues

I didn't know that. Do you have a source of this?
Guest KiminOrlando
@Muon This is where I found it. It is the second reason down. https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/cloudy-urine-causes
yogini
Hi, I think it might make sense to mention this to your doctor. Others on this forum might have had this symptom but it could also be caused by something totally not related to dysautonomia.
Guest KiminOrlando
Exactly @yogini. The link lists several reasons for cloudy urine and suggests discussing with your physician. The most common with us is dehydration, but it certainly doesn't eliminate the others or the more rare ones not listed.
