Sam4877 Posted August 3, 2020 Report Posted August 3, 2020 I have read alot about Coenzyme Q10 reducing Systolic Blood Pressure by 17mmhg and Diastolic Blood Pressure by 10mmhg on average. Has anyone tried this instead of going on Blood Pressure Medication? Pistol Posted August 3, 2020 Report Posted August 3, 2020 My Father-in-Law took it for general cardiac health after a heart attack. He also has Hypertension. He did not have to reduce his BP meds after taking it for a long time, so at least in his case the BP reducing effects were minimal. Quote
Sushi Posted August 3, 2020 Report Posted August 3, 2020 I take CoQ10 and haven’t noticed an effect on BP, but of course individuals will respond differently. Quote
