Jwarrior77
I do as well. I don't know why it happens. Perhaps abnormal blood flow to that area for some reason? It can even pulsate some times but that doesn't happen that often.
POTSius
I get this. I also get a similar thing on my hands and my feet It has gotten better though as I have got my hyper POTS/MCAS more under control It seems similar to erythromelalgia but without the pain I notice that heat is a big trigger for it
RecipeForDisaster
I often wake up from this... it's very painful and throbs.
DBP4620
I get this as well, does anyone have any ideas as to what may cause this/ how to relive this?
potsiebarbie
Wow! I'm glad I'm not the only one. Anybody mention it to their doc?
RecipeForDisaster
I have, and I have been ignored each time.
p8d
Mine don’t hurt and both my neurologist and cardiologist say it’s Raynaud’s. I can have one, or half of one ear go bright red. It’s happened for years, even before full blown pots.
