Odd purpura like rashes

Anyone get random breakouts of purpura or petechiae? I never know what to make of them because my CBCs ie platelets are always normal! I get the rashes mainly on the underside of my chin and the sides of my neck, inside my mouth and inner cheeks and the more typical spot like feet/ankles. The rashes don’t bother me, but they happen every few months in clusters and as I mentioned my bloodwork is always normal. 

Any suggestions? A specific test I should ask for? Maybe just leave it alone?

Yes! I have only been diagnosed with dysautonomia in the last couple months so yet to ask the doctors whether my random rashes are related yet. I get petechiae on the tops of my feet and Purpura on my arms. Different GPs have given me different diagnoses for them but never conclusive and bloods have shown nothing, so when I found out I have dysautonomia I thought perhaps it’s another of it’s collection of symptoms. I haven’t seen anyone else mention them tho...

I've been getting red sometimes raised spots on my legs and sometimes on my hands. They arent pimples or anything like that they are more similar to a rash but not quite. They come and go in intensity. My blood tests are always normal as well.
