MightyMouse
Please consider downloading the PDF (free) book from NDRF. The link to it is here:http://www.ndrf.org/NDRFHandbook.htmThe book describes the syndromes associated with autonomic dysfunction, and explains the diagnostic and treatment protocols that both you and your doctor can understand.Links to OI info here:http://www.dizziness-and-balance.com/disor...rthostatic.htmlhttp://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec03/ch023/ch023a.htmlhttp://www.aafp.org/afp/20031215/2393.htmlhttp://www.ndrf.org/orthostat.htmHappy reading. Sunfish
i know it's included in the links nina provided, but as low HR is generally a component of NCS (neurocardiogenic syncope) or VVS (vasovagal syncope) these might be good "catch phrases" if you do want to venture out into more searching on your own. and slow heart rate also comes up better under its technical term of "bradycardia". i'd still start with the links though...good luck,:-)melissa
