Pistol
Have you ever been pregnant before? Pregnancy can be quite challenging, especially in the first trimester. You are still so early in your pregnancy that it is hard to tell how your body will react. But rest assured that many many women improve after initial difficulties with their pregnancy. Make sure you see an OB/GYN as well as a cardiologist so they can treat your symptoms. Don't panic- it will be OK.
MomtoGiuliana
It sounds like you need to consult with specialists. Are you able to see a high risk ob-gyn? They would know about meds and care of a serious condition during pregnancy. Ideally a high risk ob-gyn would work with a specialist in autonomic dysfunction to give you the best care. We maintain a list of specialists here: https://www.dinet.org/physicians/
