If you're looking for a Greek or Latin term that doctors use, like when doctors say tachycardia instead of fast heart rate, there's not really a commonly used Greek or Latin term for cold extremities; doctors just say cold extremities or cold hands and feet (or maybe low circulation in the extremities).

If you're looking for a medical condition or cause related to cold extremities, the responses above are a good place to start.

Yes, Reynaud's.  Also, I'll throw in that the opposite of Reynaud's is called erythromelalgia.  My daughter has both at times.  Her hands can sometimes register up to 102 degrees.  Can be very painful.  Took us forever to figure out why her hands were doing that.  Reynaud's is when the blood vessels constrict too much, erythromelalgia is when they dilate too much.  Try some warmish water to warm up those hands!

I don't have raynaud's, but I get chilblains.  I am struggling with painful cold hands.  Seems like there's no help for us!  Doctor says exercise, and I do, but it doesn't help my cold hands.  The other common treatments cause vasodilation and that's a no-no for POTS. :(
