MomtoGiuliana Posted January 20, 2018 Report Share Posted January 20, 2018 Normal resting hr is 60 to 100 bpm and it is normal for heart rate to be variable as far as I understand. Guest alkria Posted January 25, 2018 Report Share Posted January 25, 2018 You will find initially when you put on a Pulse Oximeter it will vary slightly since it is estimating the value of your heart rate. The other impact on it initially causing the rises and decreases you may find to correlate with your breathing, which is something called Respiratory sinus arrhythmia (which is a totally normal feature of the body).
