Better symptoms when on feet all morning

Does anyone have minimal symptoms and less heart rate issues when they stay on their feet once they get out of bed? I feel like if I sit down on the couch early in the morning or am less mobile my symptoms flare up more, especially after eating. Wonder if it has to do with easier digestion of breakfast when standing up? Once I'm up and eat breakfast and sit around the table or head to the couch, my symptoms are a lot worse. Is this odd?
