Goodr189
Does anyone have minimal symptoms and less heart rate issues when they stay on their feet once they get out of bed? I feel like if I sit down on the couch early in the morning or am less mobile my symptoms flare up more, especially after eating. Wonder if it has to do with easier digestion of breakfast when standing up? Once I'm up and eat breakfast and sit around the table or head to the couch, my symptoms are a lot worse. Is this odd? statesof
I find that typically before breakfast, so like the first hour I'm up, I am more sensitive symptom-wise. But once I eat and have been up for an hour or so my body is more at its normal state.
Bigskyfam
Hubby says I do better if I move in the am despite how I'm feeling. I take 16 oz water before standing and take it slow once I'm up
yogini
Yes - I feel lethargic at home. I don't feel like getting up or doing anything. But once I am up and about I feel like staying active and don't want to sit down. Maybe there is something there to pushing through it.
