Sophiab123
In a week and a half I'm going to be going on several college tours. There's a lot of standing and walking around involved with no seating. I'm worried about being on my feet for so long. I'm fine with walking, but I am so only able to stand still for a few minutes at a time. I don't want to draw attention to myself and have to sit down on the ground in the middle of the tour. Any tips?
Lily
You could contact the universities ahead of time and ask about disability accommodations. Or how about one of those canes that folds out into a little seat?
Amalia01
The only thing I can think of is to perhaps co-ordinate with the admissions department in advance. Have them design the tour to stop near a bench, steps, or rocks so you can rest without feeling awkward.
