Guest
Has anyone tried this supplement to increase blood flow to the brain? I hear great things about it.
Wufflebear
I did too, but it made me symptomatic the one time I tried it.. SO I am going to give it some time and try again.
Katybug
I take a supplement that has resveretrol, pomegranate, and green tea extract in it. I don't feel any significant improvement in my cognitive issues so I'm assuming it is not effectively changing my blood flow. However, I can tell if I forget to take my supplement (not just this one) in the morning because I have less energy. I take the resveretrol supplement mostly because I felt like I should have a good antioxidant source given all my problems and all the synthetic meds I'm on. RichGotsPots
How do you know that you need to increase blood flow to the brain at all? Have you done any blood flow brain testing that you think you are lacking blood to your brain?
