Loulou Posted August 8, 2015 Report Share Posted August 8, 2015 I always have tachycardia, but I get chest pain when I am badly dehydrated. My doctor seems to think it is the muscles in the chest wall above the heart that is cramping because of dehydration. I drink extra Powerade when it happens. dancer65 Posted August 8, 2015 Report Share Posted August 8, 2015 Yes I do. Sometimes it is just sharp stabbing pains other times it is accompanied with a sweating episode and pains in my arms.
