imre
Eating cold cereal sometimes leaves me feeling nauseated. Looking for another quick solution that does not affect me this way. Any ideas?
corina
I'm in Europe and we have all sorts of bread so I usually have two slices of bread with a mug of tea and then have coffee about half an hour after breakfast. Hope this helps!
rgny
I have to have protein in the morning (and as often as I can get it in) because I don't eat large amounts during most days and I want to keep some muscle mass. So breakfast is usually turkey bacon and baked beans, and maybe a slice of toast with melted cheese. And so much tea. So much. (It is decaf, though.) little_blue_jay
Protein of some kind, usually poached eggs with butter & sea salt or salty bacon & eggs, always with a mug of tea.

gjensen
I have trouble swallowing (which has been a little better lately), so I have gotten used to an Ensure first thing in the morning. I take it out of the refrigerator and let it warm up a little bit and it is easy on my stomach. Periodically it is a Banana smoothie in the morning. I try to eat something solid a couple to a few hours later.
bunny
Absolutely nothing for breakfast. My stomach's usually not ready to handle anything + my blood pressure's usually low in the mornings. Attempting to eat breakfast will either cause me to yak or pass out.
