Alison Posted April 20, 2014 Report Share Posted April 20, 2014 Has anyone tried this? Some Buddhist monks demonstrated that they could keep warm in extreme temperatures by doing vase breathing. I have tried it (following instructions online). It feels beneficial. You do abdominal breathing without completely exhaling between breaths (if I've got it right).
