Best Snack?

I am very fond of KIND bars and the new KIND Healthy Grain squares ( these are a new product only released on QVC right now). The bars have more protein than the new squares but all are tasty and made of healthy ingredients that would balance things for hypoglycemia....whole grains, nuts, and proteins, etc. And they're easy to transport since they're wrapped individually. I keep one in my purse all the time for sudden "I think all the sugar just left my body moments."

What about the nut mixes that contain dried fruit and sometimes chocolate?
