Machair Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 Has anyone noticed that during a flare they get cloudy urine with lots of sediment? I seem to get this especially in hot weather and often during the night I notice it when I get up due to POTS making me restless. I wonder if it is dehydration as it clears after I drink.
