Alan-pots-IST Posted June 24, 2013 Report Share Posted June 24, 2013 i made a balance board im going to start useing eace day, im thinking it my help with muscle pump and fine tune the muscles in my legs. im thinking if it helps with my pots im going to live on it, even juggle on it. any one ever try this?
