does anyone know the name of it?

I have pregnancy & viral onset POTS. It's gotta be autoimmune. I want IVIG and I want to tell my dr what to test me for.

Thanks in advance.

if you mean the test for autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) the test you want to have it's called an n-AChR antibody (antibodies to ganglionic neuronal nicotinic receptors) blood test

see here:

http://www.mayomedicallaboratories.com/articles/hottopics/transcripts/2011/02-auto-dys-eval/14.html

this antibody is tested as part of the autoimmune dysautonomia evaluation testing algorithm at Mayo.

The problem with AAG - people can have it, yet be antibody negative - it's a 50 -50 thing. According to most - if not all studies I read lately - half of the patients diagnosed with AAG are n-AChR positive, while the other half are negative :(

Hope this helps.
