Guest Alex Posted March 24, 2013 Report Share Posted March 24, 2013 Achilles, If I remember correctly you have posted a list of blood tests you had and all the tests that a rheumy might be looking at were negative for you - inflammatory markers, ANA and ENA panel. I don't know any good rheumatologist in your area, but if I were you I'd actually find a good POTS doctor and follow his/her recommendations rather than go from specialist to specialist.It may have been suggested in the past: dr Blithsteyn sounds like a very good place to start - she is rated as an excellent POTS specialist, she has an office in Williamsville NY - see her website http://drblitshteyn.com/ If I were anywhere near NY I'd go see her - she might just save you all the trouble and effort of looking for all sorts of drs by pointing you in the right direction.My 2 cents...Best of luck,Alex Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
badhbt Posted March 24, 2013 Report Share Posted March 24, 2013 I agree with Alex, I have heard good things about Dr. Blithsteyn. I was thinking about using her because she does phone consults also. I finally found a good neurologist who knows about POTS. I totally understand wanting to go to every Doctor.
