diamondcut Posted March 10, 2013 Report Posted March 10, 2013 Thanks for that RamaThats of interest to me as i suffer from lots of headache type problems. Is there any mention of if taking normal supplement form of L-Cartinine can make any difference? Quote
issie Posted March 10, 2013 Report Posted March 10, 2013 Regular L-Carnitine is for muscle function. It doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier. Acetyl-Carnitine does cross the blood brain barrier and is used in some for memory issues. I find that I can't use this form ---as it will give me a headache. But, most evey kind of supplement that is supposed to affect the brain does the opposite of what it's supposed to do on me.Issie Quote
