Gena Posted April 15, 2005 Report Share Posted April 15, 2005 Okay, I have not even been tempted to get in the candy jar at work that's filled with Snickers, Reeses cups and Butterfingers (hmmmm my favorite). I used to get really tachy in the afternoons at work and I don't anymore now - it's because I'm no longer eating a candy bar for an afternoon snack....well, duh, Gena. I am still doing a fruit/protein smoothie in the mornings, and I don't plan on cutting out fruit. I've kind of figured out what fruits my body tolerates well (such as blueberries and strawberries).Hang in there everyone. I really notice a big difference in the way I feel.Earth Mother - the recipe sounds great...what can I substitute for the oats to be GF?
