HopeSprings
I'm looking for Dr. Levine's study where he defines deconditioning. He talks specifically about heart size and about V02 Max. I'm finding stuff by him, but not with this particular information. I have a cardiology apppintment tomorrow and I'd like to bring that article along to get this Doctor's thoughts on some things. Thanks for your help.
