SeattleRain
I don't know how to explain it but in June/July my pulse was around 40 resting, and my BP was very low - around 90/40 - so I experienced this too.
E Soskis
Dysautonomia strikes again! - failure of the sympathetic nervous system - I had to have a pacemaker inserted because of it........now, my heart rate is a nice 60-72 - it still bottoms out but, the pacer kicks in and ups my rate quite nicely..... DoozlyGirl
I found out my BP dropped during mast cell reactions called mast cell degranulation. If the HR doens't rise with the plummeting BP, then that compensatory mechanism isn't working. For me, I get the plummeting BP and only get the rise in HR about half the time. Best wishes connecting the dots. Lyn
