I got a letter from my lawyer todaythat says my hearing is January 10th. I appealed reconsideratom on January 13 of this year, so it's almost exactly a year. I still have a chance until my hearing, but im not holding my breath lol. I am going to meet with my lawyer next month in person and he is giving me some video to watch...not sure whats on it.
