lumpchp
I have been losing weight unintentionally, I'm wondering if this its yet another effect of nervous system malfunction... any one have input?I deffinately dont need to loose any more weight, but I do have to eat smaller meals throughout the day, because if i try to sit down and eat a normal meal, my heart rate goes wonky
issie
Have you had your thyroid checked? Hyperthyroid can cause weight loss and also tachy issues similiar to POTS.Issie
Guest maia
Ive found digestive enzymes are helping with weight loss and to eat normal sized meals without the chest/heart issues that usually come with a large meal, also limiting carbs is helping or at least making sure they are the lesser part of a meal. This can be a nervous system thing, but issie is right, thyroid issues can cause this too. good idea to have it checked if you havent already.
