briarrose Posted March 25, 2005 Report Share Posted March 25, 2005 RadhaI believe the NIH did a study on this. Unfortunately there haven't been a whole lot of studies done on anything and POTS. POTS is still a relatively new diagnosis, because their finally figuring out the spectrum of symptoms associated with it. Basically though Erythropoetin is suppose to keep your H & H at the high end of normal so you can avoid being hypovolemic. For me it helps me with anemia and hypovolemia.
