kewi
Has anyone heard of high vitamin D levels? My nephrologist just tested these for my kidney stone issues and my levels were very elevated, he informed me that I cannot take supplements containing D .. will be going for another blood test within 2 weeks for this.. HopeSprings
I'm on 10,000 a day and mine is still too low.IssieOk, that's weird! I wonder why?Katie - did you ask about your low 1,25 and this enzyme deficiency thing? If you go gluten free, let us know what happens. Katybug
I did ask about the hydroxylation issues. He said my levels aren't low enough for that to be a concern. But the always being chronically at the the bottom of the normal range with supplementation makes him think gluten intolerance right away. leydengs
When I was in the hospital with my worst flare up I was so low I had to take 10 (yes 10) Vitamin D pills a day, now that my vitamin D is back up I'm just supposed to take 2 a day but that still hasn't cured anything.
