McBlonde
I think these are two good ones for a primary care physician:http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1501099/pdf/ipej060084-00.pdfhttp://circ.ahajournals.org/content/117/21/2814.full#ref-
AllAboutPeace
I'm a big fan of the first article (by Dr Raj) that McBlonde posted for you. I have even shown it to an ER physician who agreed to give me IV fluids - it's a very helpful document.Good luck with it!

peregrine
My doctor gave me this article:http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/118/3/e61.fullIt has a really nice flowchart describing treatment options for POTS - as a patient I found it very easy to read and it is nice and short too. FarmerAmy
Is it possible for you to find a different doctor? I think you are more likely to have success with a doctor who actually knows about POTS.
