Butterbur For Migraine Prevention

Interesting that the American Academy of Neurology has endorsed using Butterbur as a prophylactic for migraine headaches. Sounds like this is the first time they've actually endorsed the use of an herbal supplement.

My kids pediatric neurologist recommended butterbur a couple of years ago for them to try for the migraines they were having. It didn't help them but maybe it wiill help others. Also..FYI, it was in capsule form and they insisted it tasted like mud. They were both glad it didn't help since it tasted awful.
