ramakentesh Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 My sleep is bad and has been since i was 16. if i look at a computer or read before bed i feel terrible the next day. I wake up at various times during the night, am a very light sleeper and for years I used to drink as beer before bed to knock me out.
