L4UR3N
Are you referring to small fiber neuropathy? I dont take anything for it, but I have heard that alpha lipoic acid is supposed to be very good. I'm contemplating trying it.
Annaliese
I just bought some neuropathy suport formula online which has heaps of lipoic acid in it. Havent received it yet though. Research seems to support its efficacy in treating neuropathy.

TCP
I have autonomic neuropathy which some say is a form of peripheral. I take Gabapentin and Nortriptyline in 2,400mgs and 50mgs respectively. I take alpha lipoic acid, high dose B vits, acetyl-l-carnitine, calcium, magnesium, Vit D and general multivit. MSM to help with joints.
