dizzyallie Posted January 4, 2012 Report Posted January 4, 2012 As I'm new to this, is there a section devoted to this? thankseg: using a wedge or pillows to raise legs Quote
ramakentesh Posted January 4, 2012 Report Posted January 4, 2012 Over the years various things have helped.Trying to keep your mind off it is a good idea. Reducing stress are obvious options.Medication on consultation with your doctor can be beneficial and at least make you feel like your alive LOL. Some have great success with medications, others less so and each patient seems to tolerate meds very differently. Some find caffeine helps, others say it makes them worse. for me it actually tends to make me better when im well and worse when im bad for whatever reason.Exercise is a controversial area. Some benefit over time, but find it very hard initially. Others cannot tolerate it at all.Alcohol is not usually well tolerated. Hot weather also effects most. Quote
